Building Awareness Through Continued Learning
I believe that understanding neurodiversity is an ongoing journey. To stay informed and deepen my perspective, I actively pursue opportunities for professional growth. Most recently, I attended the CPD workshop “Unmasking Adult Autism: Navigating the Hidden World of Neurodiversity.” The session offered valuable insights into the nuances of adult autism, including diagnostic criteria, subtle traits, and effective support approaches. Through continued learning, I aim to share knowledge that is both informed and empathetic, fostering greater awareness and inclusion.
